OS X Snow Leopard - Guru Error

I have Installed: ......... (Snow Leopard 10.6) on my VM (v 4.3.26)
but when i tried to boot it after the installation i get a Error called Guru Meditation,
i have tried to search for a solution but i can't findt anything, so im asking if there is
someone who can help or advice me?
