win 10 preview system_thread_exception_not_handled

Hello, i am running Virtual Box 4.3.6 (no guest additions) with a windows 7 professional host 64-bit 8 gigs of ram, core i5-4300u 1.9ghz
trying to run win 10 preview 64-bit, have followed instructions from microsofts site, as well as from: http://www.fixedbyvonnie.com/2014/10/in ... irtualbox/
it makes it to the load screen, loads, then i get the
screen saying that it encountered errors and needs to restart, but it sticks on 0% and it says error message system_thread_exception_not_handled.
i have tried several options, turning off sound in vbox settings, changing pointing device to ps2, chipset set to piix3, version is set to windows 8.1 (64-bit) have also tried other windows (64-bit).
log files are attached. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
