WIN 2K PRO PROBLEMS ON INSTALLA

Hi, i'va a very problem on my virtualbox. I'm using ubuntu 8.04 and virtualbox 1.6.0... well, i'm try to install a virtual machine windows 2000 pro. After network configuration it start to copy files but before it finish the machines reboot and restart the wizard installation!!!! Can you help me?

Ok I read the guide and I understand...
I've tried to resolve the problem using what guide says me but virtualbox let me and error and i can't install my w2k machine.
So I installed my machine on an external disk that is fastless than my internal disk and I'm correctly installed my w2k machine.... then i'll move that on my internal disk... i think i have resolved the problem
