How to run Virtual Box as service provider

Hey guys,

I have a windows server 2008 R8 as host system running with the latest version of VirtualBox.
As guest system I have Ubuntu that provides different services to other network members (Webserver,Radius,...) -> Bridged Network Mode.

-> As far as good.

My Problem now is:
At the moment, i connect myself to the windows server, log me in (with my user or admin), start the virtualbox manager and start the ubuntu VM.

This means, the services of the Ubuntu VM are only availaible as long as I am logged into the windows server (or the server keeps the user session alive if i disconnect). Because if I log off from the server, the server tries to shut down the VM and the VirtualBox Manager

Is there a good method to run the ubuntu VM as a windows service or anything else (auto-start, unattended start, system-user?)? So that the Ubuntu VM issn't addicted to an active windows user session any more?

It is my aim to run the Ubuntu Guest VM as a permanent service provider on the Windows Server host.

I have googled a lot but didn't find something usefull...
Maybe you guys can help me out!
Thanks alot!
