Help, how do I install Windows 95?

I have the Original Windows 95 CD (it is NON bootable) It has the setup.exe and all of the source. How do I install this in VirtualBox? I have the latest version of VB as I downloaded it today. I've read I need to "Mount" my CD but I see no option for this. How do I install Windows 95 into my VB?
