Stuck on "Welcome to Windows"

Two days a go, i was using normally virtual box, nothing unusual, suddenly my Mac froze and i forced to restar, since that day when i want to start windows there's a boot issue and can't even reach the desktop... I have my proyect and i don't want to lose it, there's a solution to fix windows boot?
