Hidden windows and option s to click behind running machine

Hello,

i'm having some really annoying issue with VirtualBox.
If I want to change something on running machine for example update guest additions, change cable connected option or something from bottom task I can't. If I click them I can't operate machine, virtual machine is still working but I can't click enywhere, all Virtual box can't see my clicks like there's some option or window with some option to click and blocking me. But there no any option or window to click. Even hidden, I try alt+tab and nothing. I can't even shutdown the machine.
Moreover if I kill task of Virtualbox on my host system there's still a lot processes of Virtual Box that I can't kill.

I use newest version of VB, host is Windows 7 Professional 64bit fully updated.

What's wrong? For me there is terrible bug about stability.

When this happens, are you able to click in the guest OS and have things happen, but are unable to click outside the guest OS window? When a guest is running but does not have Guest Additions installed or running properly, the Mouse Integration is off, meaning the mouse is stuck in the guest. You have to type the Virtualbox Home key, which is the right Control key on your keyboard by default, then the mouse gets released and you can click in the host OS. Once Guest Additions gets installed properly in the guest, Mouse Integration is on, and the mouse can flow back and forth from host to guest with no stopping or Home key pressing necessary.

When this happens again, just press the right Control key and see if the issue goes away.

I cannot click inside guest OS or on the VirtualBox window. Mouse integration is on, mouse is moving inside guest os and outside, but I cannot click. Last time I observed this issue is when guest additions update was avalaible and VB show me window to update but behind windows with virtual machine where I cannot click it. Even alt+tab combination didn't work only switches beetwen windows of VB and host machine.
I'm installed manually newest version of additions and I hope there will be no more problems like this. For next time when some window will show behind VM like change option like cable connected.

You cannot change most settings of a guest while the guest is still running.
