ssh connection disconnection at all the time

Hi,
I am running v 4.2.6 r98988 on windows 7 machine. I am running some virtual machines on virutalbox and all are redhat. I run either SecureCRT or putty to connect to virtual machine. Interface on machine is NAT and I user port forwarding to connect establish ssh.
It use to work good but from recent times, I am experiencing ssh connections get disconnected to all the machines at once. This happens all the time. Does not matter if my session is idle or not if it has to disconnect then it will disconnect and disconnection will occur on all of the machines under that virtualbox.
Please suggest how can this be fixed, this is very annoying.
