VPN

Hi I face a problem with my virtualbox host Win7 and Guest win7
on host i am running the VPN in order to get into the company network from home.
Problem is that the guest machine can not access (anymore? -> It worked until i restarted on Friday).
I use NAT configuration. I guess the problem is that the guest will get a private IP Adress 10.XXX
Any suggestions?
