Virtual box not showing 64 bit os guest options.

I recently downloaded virtual-box 4.3.26 on windows 8.1 64 bit host. I want to use Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit as guest in virtual box. But is isn't showing any 64 bit os options? what to do? Please help.
