VirtualBox always crashes when starting the VM

I encounter the following error once I click the "start" button. I also tried to create a new VM and start it, same error.
And after I click "OK" button, I got this one:
VirtualBox version 4.3.26, I tried to re-install VirtualBox but it does not help
It is a new machine, with clearly installed WIndows Server 2008 R2 (SP1) with latest fixes.
