Swap Ctrl key in VM to Command Key

I am losing my mind with my XP VM copy paste. I need the VM's ctrl key to be swapped to the Command key. Every other VM software I have used does this really easy, except VirtualBox. I cannot find the setting at all in the VM. 
Does anyone know how to swap the VM's Ctrl key so it matches Mac's command key???
