SSH resets NAT link and drops all but one redirect

Host: Windows 7 SP1 x64
VirtualBox: 4.3.26 r98988
Guest: CentOS 6.6 with OpenVZ Kernel running a Debian 5.0 (Lenny) Container

I had this setup running perfectly fine on my Ubuntu 14.10 Laptop. Now I copied the VM to my Desktop Workstation. Here, it seems that SSH connections to either of the two virtual machines reset the VM-NAT after a short period of time. After that, all but one of the NAT rules are gone. See below for an example of this in the provided log excerpt. Any Idea what could be happening here?

When I tried to find a solution myself, I stumbled across issue #12441 but I can't tell if it is actually related.
The full log is attached to this post.
Edit: OK, I can work with the machine now using bridged networking. However I can't switch back to the Laptop that way because it won't work with it's wireless interface.

The full log is available on pastebin with the ID 3muQqEhA (I could not dump the whole log here since the forum software claims that it would contain links)
Compress the log and it will work.

OK, now I attached the log as a zip file. Thanks for the pointer.
