Error while operating linux ubuntu on windows 7

Hi everyone,

I use virtualbox to use linux ubuntu on my laptop ( which uses windows 7). At first, it worked fine (although very slow) but after few times using it, it gave me an error message saying that "A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped". The message showed up just right after I started the virtual machine(I haven't done anything yet). Any kind of help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Attached is VBox.log and VBox.png which the error message instructed me to upload.

Cheers

memory overcommited…
00:00:04.582423 Host RAM: 1974MB total, 755MB available
00:00:05.276951 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000080000000 (2 147 483 648, 2 048 MB)
Your host only has 2GB RAM. You assigned your guest 2GB RAM. That will not work. A guest should only be assigned about 50% of the available memory.
00:00:05.277762 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000000c00000 (12 582 912, 12 MB)
Ubuntu requires at least 32MB VRAM, 64-128MB would be better

You really don't have enough RAM to run Ubuntu as a guest.
