Windows Server 2012 Guest Additional don't work

Hello,
I have Windows Server 2012 on my virtual machine.
So, when i try to enable 3D acceleration in display submenu in settings, I receive black screen after boot.
The Guest Additional doesn't work correct too. The installation didn't come to the end and always ask about a reboot, but after it anything didn't change.
The problem is that i have very slow display, cause the drivers don't work correctly.
