Error When Running Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 Machine

I just got VirtualBox and I have created a machine with a MAC OS X Yosemite 10.10 VirtualBox image, but when I start the machine I get a "critical error" message. Could someone help me out with this problem? I've attached an image of the screen right before I get the error and I've attached the log file as well.

The file was too large, so I've uploaded the log file to dropbox, but I cannot use links in this post as I've just become a member, so if you'd like to see the log file, just ask and I will send you a link to my shared dropbox folder.
