I have encountered errors with installation on Windows 7 Professional 64x. I have removed KB3004394, rebooted, reinstalled, and installed the program under a different user name. Nothing works and errors still show. The selected errors from the log are:

Driver is probably stuck stopping/starting. Try 'sc.exe query vboxdrv' to get more information about its state. Rebooting may actually help.

I notice this error throughout this site yet my efforts fail to install the program. I have not disengaged the Norton 360 but assume it is not affecting the install. Perhaps there are specific settings for the program that assure success?
