Installation failed the extention for VB4.2.28 for windows 7

I have this message when attempting to install the extension :

I installed VirtualBox in administrator mode then I double-clicked on the extension that I had downloaded.

To make absolutely sure that the ExtPack version is exactly the same as the VirtualBox version. That's what the error message tells you (VERR_VERSION_MISMATCH).

You're asking the exact same question. Do you expect the answer to be different?

But, let's try one more time. Do you have VirtualBox version 4.2.28? Then you need the Extension Pack 4.2.28. It should install and report that it got installed correctly. You can verify it by going to VirtualBox Preferences, Extensions. It should be there, showing it as enabled.

Excuse me, burt I use false version extention for VB 4.3.24.
My problem is solved.
