External Authentication returning "Access Denied"

Hello.
I'm hosing Windows 7 virtual machine on Windows 8.1 host.

I'm trying to setup extern auth for connecting to Windows 7 machine.
Authenticton set to null is working good. I can connect. When trying to connect with auth set to external I'm getting error.

I unchecked box "Always ask for credentials".
