VBox 4.3.24 - VERR_VMX_NO_VMX

Version : VirtualBox VM 4.3.24 r98716 win.amd64
When trying to start a Linux 6 guest on windows host(which is a VM on stage) , Virtual Box throws the following error.
VT-x is not available.(VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)

Does Oracle Virtual Box support nested virtualization?
