I cant even download onto my Mac Help!!

Hi all,

Pls help am trying to download this onto my MAC and it just gets stuck on the installation screen saying "waiting for other installations to complete". I havent got anything else open and the logs are just reems and reems of the below? Any suggestions? taken out the last 3 digits of the code as unsure if this is a direct link to my pc.... eeek!

try running this in the Mac terminal.

sudo killall -1 installd

Then try reinstalling.
