Error VT-x in VM with Win7 32 bit

Hello,
I have 32 bit with bios that doesn't support Virtualization. How can I use VirtualBox?

You can only install 32bit guests and only those that don't require VT-x. They will most likely be slow.

Minimum information needed for assistance.
