Hi
Is there a way to switch between the full screen guest (win 7) and my mac OS (host)?
I'm having to hit ctrl/cmd and F then hit the ctrl/cmd and H keys to switch back.
Surely there is a quicker/smoother option?
Switching between host and guest smoothly & quickly?

From a full screen, no. You may want to try Seamless mode (I don't use it personally), or reduce the resolution of the guest so that your Dock is always visible (my preferred method).
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

OK cheers socratis.
Also, do you know why the USB doesn't show within my mac finder (host), since adding it to my win 7 (guest)?

Although your question has nothing to do with the title of the topic, it's a quick one, just don't continue this discussion here.
USB is a one-to-one protocol. So it's either going to show in your guest or in your host, not in both. You may want to try either shared folders or true network shares for concurrent access.

Why don't you allow for a custom key combination to pass through the host OS to the guest to do the trick? For example, Parallels Desktop does NOT capture spaces (mission control) shortcuts, making it very easy to switch from OS X (cntrl-1) to PD (cntrl-2) for example.
