Failed to open a Session: NS_ERROR_Failure (0x80004005)

Virtual box was working just fine until I had to update to the latest OS X Yosemite from Snow Leopard and then had to update virtual box to the latest and greatest. Now when ever I try to open a session I get this error. Can anyone please help me with this! Thanks!
