Do the guest additions not allow for accelerated graphics?

I believe what Perry meant was, is Ubuntu not working for you and if not, how is it not working?

It all seems to be working. On startup, i got an error dialog which i clicked ignore and its not coming anymore. Just wanted to see if there is any issue as i never had any issue with the install until i upgraded from vb 4.3.20 to 4.3.25 one.

Well seeing you haven't mentioned what the error was that you no longer have it's hard to say.
don't forget to update the GAs.
