How to enable VT-x in VM with Win7 64 bit

Hi all,
I would like to run android simulator in my VM, but it show me I need to install "Haxm", so I start to install it.

But during my installation it prompt me my VM VT-x is not supported, so I check my host CPU VT-x it's enabled, and I found that my local pc VT-x has been enable but when I turn ON my VM, VT-x for VM is disable, anyone who how to enable it?? Without this I will not able to run my android simulator.... :cry: :cry: :cry:

Nested VMs are not supported in VirtualBox, for many reasons. One of them is that VT-x is used by VirtualBox itself, not reflected into the guest OS.

it's meaning to say that I will not able to run my andriod simulator in my VM??

Yes, that's what it means.

No OS or application which requires VT-x or AMD-v for its own use will run in a VirtualBox VM.
