Virtualbox Andy doesnt work on Win10

I'm using windows 10 technical preview and installed Andy ( android virtualbox) but when starteing it it crashes.

Unable to launch VM Process. The virtual machine 'andy' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code - 1073741819 (0xc0000005)

How can I fix it

Congratulations: you managed to go for an unsupported host and an unsupported guest. Quite mind boggling.

If you downloaded this Android image from some forum then you should go to them for support. Be sure you tell them you're on an Win10 host!

Andy is NOT the Problem . The Problem is Virtualbox.
I have Problems to with VirtualBox on Windows 10.

Sorry Blaubeere, mpack is correct, both Windows 10 and Andy OS are not supported on VirtualBox at this time. Windows 10 is not supported because it's not in release yet and is still in testing. When it is closer to being a stable release then VirtualBox will support it. In the mean time you can look up the definition of "unsupported".

Are you trying to get work done or are you just playing around? If you are trying to get work done, do not use unreleased software. If you're just playing around, well, you'll have to accept that not everything works right away.

I'm playing around and since bluestacks work fine I was wondering why Andy doesn't.

I know its only technical preview but still working properly.

I send a message to Andy's developer hopefully he will try to make it work.
