See if there is a vbox.log for the Ubuntu guest. Right click on it's name in the VirtualBox manager and select Show Log, compress it if it's more than 128k and attach it.

You can edit your previous posts and remove the screenshots. They aren't useful in this case.

A couple things I noticed. the logs you posted all say VT-x is not available. That either means You have Hyper-V enabled and it needs to be disabled, or it's disabled in your Host's BIOS and needs to be enabled, or it is not enabled in the guest settings.

I also noticed the VRAM for Ubuntu is set to only 12MB. I would try at least 64MB.

You remianded me that last time I also had to disable V hyper to allow VBox work!
