Multiple Monitor Display issues Kali Linux on Win7-64 host

I am having issues with multiple monitor displays.

Host System:
Windows 7-64 on AMD PhenomII-X4
8GB Ram
Virtualox version 4.3.24 (latest)

Guest System
Kali Linux 686-32pae Kernel 3.18
Monitors 2
CPU:4
Video Mem:128
V-RAM :2048mb
Guest Addons: 4.3.24 (latest)

Issue: (full Screen)
With dual monitors, sometimes the screen 1 goes blank, primarily when accessing the system settings or advanced settings in Kali linix. To work around this issue, I have to right click display 2 and select background. Then Screen 1 shows the control panel settings as it should. Monitor 2 stays visible.

I also noticed when using the Top panel and using quick launch for Google chrome or Firefox, monitor 1 flickers window frame outline.
