VirtualBox-4.3.24-98716-OSX installation fails on Yosemite

I am trying to upgrade my Virtual on Yosemite, but the installation fails. Any help ! I don't know where to check logs of installation. Thanks in advance.

I have got this error:

Something is using the .kexts that are mentioned (a stuck process?). Steps to resolve:
1) Reboot your computer.
2) Run the VirtualBox_Uninstall.tool.
3) Install VirtualBox.
