Virtual Machine - Mavericks 64bit - Crashing

I had followed to a tee on YouTube for installation of Mavericks.
Regardless of how I install, every time I run the Virtual Machine I get a "Not Responding" after a few seconds.
I dont have any AV running.
Its seems after about 5 seconds in, it stops working and crashes.
I've tried installing and running other OS, but again after 5 seconds, it will crash.
The VirtualBox Manager is fine.
