Win7 VM crashes on start

Hi there,
suddenly my Win7 VM stopped working. Host is Windows 8.1. The VM worked without problems a few weeks ago. Now I come back to it and ... crash. There may have been OS updates and (graphic card) driver updates on my host in the mean time, I'm not aware of everything that may has possibly changed and I surely installed some software on the host too.
I attached the screen shot, vbox.log and vbox.png (for the sake of completeness, it's empty!) as a zip to this posting.
Any help appreciated!

I suggest upgrading to 4.3.24, and discard any saved state associated with the VM. I'd also reboot the host.

Ok, my face turns red ... thanks a lot. I did not expect that _not_ doing the update would have such consequences. After updating it works now, I did not have to remove any saved states.
