Windows 8.1 goes to BDOS after running VM

Hi there!
The problem is the follows:
I'm trying to run existing VM with installed Ubunty 32-bit and middleware on my laptop.
I've succesfully added .vbox image, then I've tryed to run VM and got BDOS with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error.
Laptop specs:
Lenovo U410 IdeaPad
OS: Windows 8.1 Single Language
Virtual Box: 4.3.24r98716
I can provide any additional info if needed.
Googling and Microsoft site don't help.
What could be the problem is?
