Mac OS X mavericks stops working at installation

i have a problem in the virtual machine where if i try to install mac os x mavericks using -v it will get to the boot args as seen in the picture
and then it gos into guru_meditation state
and if i try to run it using amd64 it'll get me to this point
i dont know what to do and i have tried running it as administrator
im running on a windows 7 home premium sp1 64-bit
and im only running avast in the background
pls help
