Help - VM looks like a advertising banner - no scaling poss.

Hi.
The window how my VM displays is funny, it is not scalable, I can't login as I can't scroll.

Have a look. I have no clue why this came or what to do. Thanks

My Operating system is OSX 10.9.5


Any suggestions. Would be really nice if someone could help.

Yes, I uninstalled VBox and installed it again.
I cloned the VM and same problem.
I changed the settings from RAM and graphical MB amount. no help.
If I run the VM on "Windows im abgesicherten Modus mit Netzwerksettings" window on secure settings but with network connection, it runs, but the window is too small to work with the programs I need.
