If your question is, can you configure two sound cards in VirtualBox? then the answer is no, I don't believe so. Configuration of guest audio is described in section 3.7 of the user manual. You can also see the "modifyvm --audio" and "modifyvm --audiocontroller" VBoxManage commands. Nothing about additional sound cards.
