when i start instalation WS2012 R2 (downloaded from microsoft official site). when appears blue flag of loading, and after 3-10 seconds appears message with this error.

I found decision
write down to cmd:
c:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" setextradata [vmname] VBoxInternal/CPUM/CMPXCHG16B 1
you should replace [vmname] ==> your virtual pc name
you can find it by this command :
"c:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" list vms

This is normally done automatically if you select the right guest OS in the VM config
