Problem when trying to install any program windows 10

I use Oracle VM VirtualBox to run windows 10 on ubuntu 12.04, and when i try to install any program a message is shown saying " Windows cannot access (file path) check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network." , also there is a red 'x' on the network hard drive, Any idea ?
