The VBox.log file you posted contains nothing but garbage (NULs). Please try again. Maybe even compress it next time, as the instructions said.

VirtualBox does not write NULs to the log file. If that is really what you found in the folder then perhaps consider running chkdsk on the host. Maybe other system checks too, give that it doesn't seem to matter which version of VirtualBox you install.

Please note: if you have any hardware problem at all on your host then VirtualBox is likely to trip over it, because it uses lots of hardware resources.

Beyond that, I can't help you without a log file.

I tried again, and this time there is something in the VBox.log.

the last line:
00:00:33.400393 UIFrameBufferQImage::resizeEvent: Resizing to FALLBACK buffer due to format is invalid..

is this the cause of crash?

Problem is resolved!
I saw this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=40782

and I found configuration "Data Excution Prevention" which was disabled in BIOS similar with EDB metioned in that topic.
I enable it and virtualbox worked with RHEL6 installation.
