If I need a driver for the product I'm using I can download from a disk but not from the web my host is windows 8.1 and the guest is windows XP.
The download is saying half file.

It sounds like you are trying to download a file in your guest and it gets stuck half-way through the download. If so, then when it gets stuck, can you still navigate to other websites in your guest? Can you successfully download files from other websites in your guest?

According to the website the download is complete if I download VLC or Realplayer it works ok but not drivers.
