Bridged adapter problem

Hi!
I have MacBook Pro with OS X and Win8.1 as Guest OS.

I can't use Internet on Mac Os when Guest OS is on. It runs for some 10-15 sec and hangs.
The only way to use Guest OS switched on and Internet on Host OS - pause Guest OS CMD+P and restart wifi on MAC OS. It works for some 3-5 minutes and then hangs again, so you need to restart WiFi on your macbook.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

Switch to "NAT" mode instead of "Bridged". Bridged can be flaky sometimes. See Bridging & Wifi - Supported hardware.

When I use NAT , I can't use FTP protocol from Guest OS. It connects to FTP Server, but PORT command hangs
