Automatic start/stop VB with task planer in Windows 2012

Hello,
Windows 2012 R2 has changed the behaviour to earlier Windows Server Versions. Thus each scheduled Task is called in a separate session, even if you use the same user and same conditions for all your scheduled Tasks.

Starting a VirtualBox per scheduled Task creates a process "VBoxSVC" for controlling this VirtualBox. This VBoxSVC cannot be contacted by any other process for Controlling the Box e.g. for shutting down or calling an executable inside that Box. Instead each other scheduled Task will start a new separate VBoxSVC which does not know any of the running VirtualBoxes started by any other VBoxSVC, created per scheduled tasks. Thus each VirtualBox started per Task Planer under Windows 2012 R2 cannot be controlled anymore! But i Need to shutdown the automatically started VirtualBox also automatically (e.g. at Reboot or for backups).

Does anyone has a Workaround or Special technique to help solving my problem?

Best regards,
Oliver
