One of my snapshots is corrupt. When I try to run I get this error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine mysite.
Could not open the medium '/Volumes/Saturn/VirtualBox VMs/mysite/Snapshots/{9a905724-ed70-4c5b-8ea9-208a4bbbfc2c}.vdi'.
VD: error VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND opening image file '/Volumes/Saturn/VirtualBox VMs/mysite/Snapshots/{9a905724-ed70-4c5b-8ea9-208a4bbbfc2c}.vdi' (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).
I've got no copy of that file anywhere.
Can't I ask it to run the last good version?
Missing (corrupt) snapshot - can't I get it to run the 'last

Well, the file isn't corrupt: the message is telling you that the file has been deleted, presumably by you.
I don't use snapshots (for reasons which hopefully are now more obvious to you!), but what happens if you use the snapshots panel to select an earlier state and revert to it - or branch from it?
If you manage to get it running then the first thing I suggest you do is clone the working state to a new VM (full clone, current state only, don't reset MACs) and avoid all use of snapshots in the future.
