Windows 4.3.22 Guest Network Drop and Reconnect

Have same problem on two separate hosts and all guests on each. Frequent network drops and reconnects. Downgrade to 4.3.18 works fine. (FWIW, could not downgrade to 4.3.20 because bits will not download from Download Virtual Box (Old Builds): Virtual Box 4.3 web page. Build 4.3.20 was working fine on these systems).

I work with many clients and install a guest operating system for each to VPN in to their networks. After upgrade from 4.3.20 to 4.3.22, all guests across both hosts have frequent disconnects and reconnects. Some VPN clients handle okay, other flat out disconnect. Dropouts last approximate 20 - 30 seconds where VPN session freezes. No connectivity problems between host and destination as confirmed by continuous pings. Only affects guests. All connections from guests affected, including those that are not VPN.

Host OS is Windows 7 with latest patches. Guest OS is also Windows 7 although not all guests patched to current. I'd provide more info but not sure what to upload.
