W7 crash when Virtualbox 4.3.22 starts

I worked with 4.3.20-96997 release in W7 host with no problem. Several guest systems like XP, W7, W8 work fine.
4.3.22-98236 release immediately at start of any guest system leads to BSOD of host notebook. Tried several times (re-installations, etc.) with same effect. No remarks anywhere.
Need help.

Upload a few archived crash minidumps on sendspace.com and post the url here.

The mods and other users don't like having to go to an outside link. Especially since one can attach files here.

It is 280 KB, in the forum maximal attachment is 128 KB. Also it does not allow to attach *.dmp, etc.
