Fail to upgrade 4.3.20 to 4.3.22

No go on latest 4.3.22 latest build.. Would not install over existing 4.3.20.96997. install actually hung.
removed VBOX completely and tried to install 4.3.22 from clean install. - automatically rolls back after final
installation, and gives error.
re-installed 4.3.20, then tried again to install/upgrade 4.3.22 again. this time no hang up, but again automatically rolls
back after final installation , and gives error.

another errror is:

finally just went back to 4.3.20 , all is well at 4.3.20
