I am performing an "upgrade" to my Windows 7 guest OS via an IT supplied USB stick. The process on a real PC is to boot from the USB stick and "follow the instructions." As I run Windows as a guest OS, I converted the USB to an ISO image and then added the ISO image to my VM as a CD. When I start the VM, it begins booting, displaying the "loading files" message at the bottom and then a blue windows icon appears on the screen and then the VM crashes. The VBox.png and a zipped VBox.log is attached. Is there enough information to troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
Mike
