I started the virtual machine and received the error.
I've added here the log file and the image.

First, can you delete the screenshot? It has no value.
00:00:00.819 Host RAM: 4096MB RAM, available: 1474MB
00:00:00.940 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000080000000 (2 147 483 648, 2 048 MB)
00:00:00.942 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000008000000 (134 217 728, 128 MB)
You have more memory assigned to the guest than your host has available.

I can not delate it. I get the following error:
Result Code:

Interface: IMedium {53f9cc0c-e0fd-40a5-a404-a7a5272082cd}

Point missed I think. Lou was asking you to delete the redundant mostly black image you provided in your first post (which I just deleted).
I don't know what else you were trying to delete, but I suggest that you count your blessings if it didn't work!
See Lou's comment about RAM allocation to the VM.

I see mpack took care of the screenshot.
What I was trying to let you know is you need to reduce the amount of RAM assigned to your guest. 768MBs would be good, no more than 1024MBs.
