Copy/Paste Drag/Drop NOT working

Hello,
I have installed version 4.3.20 into a mac OSX 10.10.2 Yosemite

I have consequently created a windows 32bit machine where I installed Windows 7.

All working fine, except I am unable to pass anything from host to guest and viceversa for both clipboard and drag/drop copy/paste
I have of course activated those function in the advance settings.
I have also successfully enabled shared folders with the Guest additions

..but I really need to have the clipboard to work bidirectionally, anyone that can help?

drag n drop only works from host to Linux guests.
the shared clipboard only works with plain text and image clippings. not files.
