Install freezes up 4.3.20.96997

I am installing VB for the 1st time on this computer, Install freezes up

My computer amd a8 4 ghz 8 gig ram asus mb win7 64 ultimate fully updated w/msft

I have have used this program VB not current release before and never had any real issues.

AS you can see from the screen shot

"creating process for virtual machine 1/2" <<<< it just sits there, I have tried 4.3.14 as well same issue.
the screen on the top left I cant click on or do anything with.
I cannot access anything other than to abort the creating process box.then I can delete the main window but cannot delete the upper left window at all. I have to reboot or kill it with task manager.

As for the log file, it says none found and is blank.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated...

I have tried 4.3.14 as well same issue

Try 4.3.12. If it works, then take a look at: Windows 4.3.20 specifically for errors due to security. I'm sure in there you'll find the cause. Not sure about the answer.
